How long does the migration process take?

The migration typically takes 1-2 days, depending on the complexity of your Calendly setup.

Will my existing appointments be affected?

Appointments are not impacted at all, this is only changing your future appointment links. Appointments will remain in your calendars.

What if I need ongoing support?

We offer post-migration support plans to help you troubleshoot and optimize your system.

What will happen to my existing links?

You will need to change the links from Calendly to Bookings manually. These can be on your websites or email templates or even shortcuts. This is unfortunately a manual process.

 

What is migrated?

All active event types will be migrated with the correct staff assignments, durations and restrictions.

What is I use non-Teams locations on Calendly?

Currently only Teams online meetings are supported with Bookings. Therefore, these booking types will be migrated as Teams meetings. These include GoToMeeting, Zoom type of meetings.

How about my integrations at Calendly?

Bookings does not support integrations at this time. You can use our integration platform https://OneTeg.com to handle this work. Contact us and we can help you with this work.
